SOME PASSING OBSERVATIONS

Before an audience of more than 50,000 viewers watching former Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano’s on-line Interview show, ”Judging Freedom" this afternoon, widely respected former United Nations Weapons Analyst, Scott Ritter, revealed that the Iranian underground Nuclear facilities targeted for total destruction by American “Bunker Buster“ bombs had been completely evacuated, at the least, several days before Trump’s June 22nd air force attack.
The tunnels, at the time of the American strike, Ritter reports, were empty.
Considering President Trump’s stated intentions and, intended results, “Sunday’s Strike", Ritter said. “accomplished nothing.” The Tunnels were empty. No casualties, no deaths; damage was negligible.
But how could it possibly be that American, British and, famed Israeli Intelligence, did not know fissionable material was no longer there. -days in advance?
Could Round-the-clock satellite surveillance have missed the moving vans?
And Donald Trump, already boasting to all believers, “We have completely obliterated Iran’s entire nuclear capability;” Could our President have not known too? So what’s he boasting about now?
As the editors and publishers of the Washington Post, The New York Times, and company, are telling each other, the watching world was just treated to an "over-wrought silly-show of political theatre:"
- What Lt. Col., Douglass MacGreggor has sardonically called, ”a very expensive training exercise”.
In short, it’s being said to have been a "put up” job. Never intended to happen. Phony; a non-event. Trump's decisive “obliterating'’ strike, his critics now assert, was nothing more than a duplicitous avoidance manouever.
For, had Trump’s bombers actually ‘obliterated Iran’s entire nuclear capacity,” Iran’s retaliation would have been exactly as devastating as we all had been repeatedly warned.
Much of Israel, with no defense against Iran’s missile barrage, would have been reduced to scattered body parts “smoking rubble and twisted metal;”
US Military Bases up and down the Middle East, equally indefensible, would have been destroyed; and both the US and whomever was left in Israel, would have immediately retaliated against Iran; thousands of Americans, Israelis and Iranians would have been killed or wounded; and, with cautiously expectant Russia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey, all waiting in the wings, WW III would be off and roaring.
As the "put-up-job” Advocates argue, “as it is now, everybody now breaths a sigh of relief.”
Trump gets to strut and boast as he’s done every opportunity since; Iran neither loses its nuclear capacity nor suffers a two-pronged attack; Netanyahu gets something like symbolic satisfaction and, probably far more important, he now has presumptive assurance that Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump really is in his pocket.
And everyone gets to pretend for a moment that it’s business as usual.
Trump, best of all, doesn’t have to worm out of the ignominity of having clumsily “started WW III."
Yet as insanely implausible as all this seems, it does have something of a consensus of acceptance among Trump’s Military and Intelligence-community critics.
It's given everyone" breathing room.” -whatever that might actually mean… “an off-ramp" as they say.,
But there are other considerations and more unyielding realities. Scott Ritter, also a former US Marine Corps Intelligence officer, has reported that the actual plan of attack was taken seriously by the Biden administration, planned out and put through dry-run practice with Israeli and American forces.
Moreover, Anti-Likud Israeli news sources now report that Netanyahu and his circle, of course still want a reconfiguration of the Mtddle East, starting with the US-Israeli conquest of Iran.
And, better still, delayed but never taken off the table table, General Westlly Clark’s 2007 corroboration of the Bush-Cheney war plan, “We’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off, Iran, is still “Netanyahu viable."
Clearly unprovoked, and responding to no clear or present danger, as judge Napolitano would no doubt say, such whole-sale slaughter constitutes not only clearly defined War Crimes, but were Trump, today, to set any aspect of such unconstitutional mayhem in motion, -such as bombing Iran for real as he now may indeed have pretended to do, for congressional opportunists at least, that's always debatable ground for impeachment.
But the impeachment of an incompetent, impulsive stumble-bum narcissist, satisfying as it might be, is only a small piece of a much larger, much graver, problem.
At conferences held in New York and elsewhere in the 1920s and 30s, the architects of present-day Settler-Zionisim and, Benjamin Netanyahu’s mentors, as UN Economic Advisor, Jeffery Sachs has written, Ze’ev Jabotinsky, Yitzak Shamir and Menachem Begin, “all believed that Zionists should use whatever violence -wars assassinations, terror to eliminate any Palestinian claim to a homeland.”
This kind of historical background music helps clarify exactly where things genocidal are now.
Since then, the Zionist fanatics of Eretz-Israel fantassy obsession have stolen the land, destroyed the property, disrupted the farms, shops and businesses, arbitrarily imprisoned, randomly beaten and tortured, maimed and killed untold thousands of innocent Palestinians while simultaneously, under cover of us support, cautiously, tentatively, “protectively,” forcibly “annexing’' ajacent land in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan.
Then in 1996, Israel, and its American Advisors, devised the now infamous “Clean Break” strategy, designed to reconstruct the middle east; first taking down any governments out of sympathy with Israel’s subjugation Palestine and, second, but concomitantly, to persuading the United States to ...
No Surprise Here- the plan was. -and still is- for the United States to destroy Iraq, (as it has most devastatingly done) then, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran.
And now, right on script, In speciously unjustifiable defense of an indefensibly genocidal Israel and, in utterly unreasonable support of hopelessly pathological Benjamin Netanyahu, as we all now know, early in the morning of June 22, the President of the Untied States began air strikes against Iran, in a “war,” we now reliably know, he personally set in motion himself, weeks ago, by duplicitously lying to, -deliberately misleading in fact- innocently trusting. -and now consequently killed- Iranian peace negotiators; thus our President, facilitating the agreed, mutually pre-planned, Israeli “sneak attack," (Scott Ritter) that has now become a simmering de-facto war, a war threatening not only to engulf the entire Middle East, but also unintentionally to include active hostilities and substantial war-fighting contributions on the part of Russia, China, North Korea, Pakistan and possibly even an alliance of Turkey and Egypt. -all pledging in one capacity or another, to the defensive support of Iran.
It is a war American military experts, foreign affairs scholars and intelligence analysts have repeatedly asserted -for the past months- that “we cannot win.”
But professional Israeli propagandists and Washington’s "war-party” careerists have, to this day, continued to assure our colossally ignorant and indifferently uncaring Commander-in-Chief, that Iran is weak, -it is not; that its army is in disarray, -it is not; and, that Iran will be a “pushover.” It won’t.
Extensions-in-fact of the Israel Lobby, morally subversive American "War Party" neo-conservatives continue to argue that we will overwhelm puny Iranian defenses with our vastly superior air and naval power, while, much to the contrary, Trump’s Military, Foreign Affairs, and Intelligence critics tell us that Iran’s defenses are superb; that air and naval power do not win land wars and; that our 40,000 soldiers are vulnerable to Iran’s demonstrably lethal anti-personnel missiles, rockets and drones.
As I write this at 7:30 on the morning of Monday, June 23nd, the evidence seems to be that the whole people of the United States are deeply confused and divided; that much of our congress, long ago purchased by the Israeli lobby, and now securely in their possession, has gone quietly into hiding; that Donald Trump, only in office by virtue of the far-more-than-abundant “campaign contributions of the “wealthy pro-Israel Zionist community,” will continue “to obey his masters” (Lt. Col. Douglas MacGreggor); that the Multi-Corporate Complex is in delight with anticipated profits; that our legacy media will, as always, repeat whatever Washington tells them; and, we know that our government lies.
For more years than most of us can remember, the US enemies of republican democracy - much of so-called “main-stream media, most American Neo-conservative deep-state CIA affiliates and their University / Corporate co-conspirators, and of course most every headline-hungry politician- have characterized Iran as the malignant protector and provider of every potentially terrifying kind of irrationally dangerous Islamic terrorist fanatic they could desperately come up with.
Almost a liturgical ritual, our government has lied to us about Iran for at least 30 years, telling us only what the Zionist aggressors wanted us to believe.
Concomitantly, such securely sinecured perpetuators of totalist absolutism, have regularly used the main-stream press to defame and demonize anyone anywhere daring to resist “Western” domination by resorting to “unorthodox” weapons or methods - the only weapons, better said, that poor, oppressed people could afford, - are thus, then demomized as an insanely unpredictable death-dealing muslim terrorists –
Anyone, such as, for example, a resisting exploited colonial, using home-made bombs, drones, projectiles or, taking part in so-called “random” or, “unprovoked” assassination of a brutally oppressive white-suprematist police chief, an imported professionally sadistic torturer, or a racially repressive official- anyone, regardless of the justice of their cause or the validity of their grievance, must be a terrorist.
And now, not giving much of a damn what such transparently anti-democratic authoritarian functionaries as conservative-liberal-American-status-quo-apologists think, and much of the world cheering as Iran pulverizes the most viciously sadistic Apartheid regime in memory, our- professionally malignant leadership, the heirs of the Bush-Cheney heritage especially- having juiced us up as best they could, for this latest blunder into ignominious infamy, will continue to lie to us just as, after all, we should expect.
-That’s what they do.
They lied to us year after year about Vietnam, saying again and again,
“We’re winning, We’re winning,”
all the time knowing - the very spokespersons who said that, knowing, that we were losing -badly.
And to this day, elderly American military officers remember in embarrassment and shame, images of American GIs, clinging desperately to helicopters sent to rescue them from hotel and office rooftops of besieged Saigon.
“We’re winning, We’re winning."
They lied to us about Iraq and Afghanistan, and lied about every phony little war and blood soaked “regime change,” since they began to practice their craft in Guatemala, and Chile; and anywhere else around the world of “darker nations,” -anyone whom they’ve seen fit to throw against the wall and mess up nicely.
That’s what they do and, that’s where we are.
And, in order to maintain anything like a democracy, we damn well oughta do something about all of that.
Time to start to talking seriously to one another.

AN AFTER NOTE
Putin’s “Special Military Operation” went into Ukraine, because the reigning Neo-Nazi Oligarchs were heavy into making daily life as miserably unlivable for native Russian Nationals as possible.
(Of course with CIA assistance, the Ukrainian Oligarchs were suckering Putin , and he knew it)
So of course, Putin’s intervention has been widely misrepresented by our legacy media as a geopolitical aggression.
In my book, his intervention was a moral imperative.
So what if Putin were now to choose to help Iran because Iran is being conspiratorially ganged up on by the meanest of the neighborhood bullies?
